How do I engage FissionPoint Assurance?
Start by contacting us via our Contact page or emailing info@fissionpoint.com. We'll schedule an initial discussion to understand your needs. If there's a potential fit, we'll provide a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and terms. Formal engagement begins only after a signed agreement is in place.
Do initial conversations create any obligations?
No. Exploratory discussions, proposals, and pre-engagement conversations do not create professional obligations or a client relationship. Professional duties arise only through a formal, written agreement. See our Disclaimers for more information.
Can you work with sensitive information?
Yes. FissionPoint Assurance retains personnel with the appropriate clearances to access classified and sensitive information. However, any classified engagements require a formal agreement and the necessary government approvals. Unlike classified support, FissionPoint can immediately support your controlled unclassified information (CUI) programs, including Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI). We follow strict protocols to ensure compliance with all applicable security requirements.
Do you provide international services?
Yes. We support international engagements and partnerships, particularly in areas such as AUKUS collaboration, export control compliance, and multinational security frameworks. All international work is conducted in full compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations.
Compliance & Ethics
How do you handle private business information?
We take confidentiality seriously. All client information is protected under strict confidentiality agreements. We maintain secure systems for handling sensitive information and follow industry best practices for data protection. Our team is trained in handling proprietary information.
What are your export control policies?
We comply fully with all applicable export control laws, including EAR, ITAR, and nuclear export controls under the Atomic Energy Act.
