About FissionPoint
Trusted at the intersection of nuclear security and international collaboration.
In environments where certainty isn't negotiable, precision must be cultural.
When nuclear security, export controls, and international cooperation demand precision—FissionPoint delivers.
Founded by Thomas V. Ralph, Jr., former Deputy Director for Security & Intelligence within the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, FissionPoint was born from a decade of experience leading the nation's most sensitive nuclear security missions. As the U.S. lead for AUKUS nuclear-security collaboration with Australia and the United Kingdom, Tom saw firsthand the critical gap between regulatory complexity and organizational capability.
That gap is what FissionPoint bridges. We bring together seasoned professionals from defense, nuclear engineering, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory—practitioners who've operated at the highest levels of government and industry, now united in service to organizations where certainty isn't negotiable.
